This month, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our favorite manufacturers:   Uttermost

We asked the Collaborative’s resident expert on Uttermost to tell us more about why they love to source from this vendor.

Give us a little bit of background on Uttermost. What do they make?   Uttermost was started in 1975 and have a large variety of product from upholstery, case goods, art, lighting, clocks, rugs, and accessories of all kinds. There is something for every room of your client’s home.

Where are their goods made?  Oversees, a few counties manufacture their products and they have stock in warehouses in the US.

Tell us about the quality and price level.  Uttermost has a lot of lower-cost items but the quality is still good.

Do they have a product (or products) that’s a regular go-to for you?  I use Uttermost for just about every job.  Mostly I use them for table lamps, wall art, and smaller occasional furniture.

Do they have a product (or products) that they do better than anyone else, or that is unique to them?  I would say that they fit the bill for smaller occasion furniture better than anyone.  The price point, style, and availability are what make them my go-to.

The item I’ve used in the past: Genesis Console Table

Do they have a product you’ve been wanting/dying to order but haven’t had a chance yet? Something cool or new?
I would love a project where these Calix pendants are used

Any final thoughts about Uttermost?
Their selection is huge, the price point is great and I have to mention that you can drop ship their products right to the client’s home.  It’s not white glove delivery and usually, some things need to be assembled, but they will delivery direct to your client.
