Attitude is Everything

The way I see it, attitude is everything. It can change something as small as your day and something as big as your world. It can affect those around you, bringing them closer or driving them away.

Almost every species of animal and plant system works with others to strengthen their chances of survival.

In the end, it can permeate a whole community and even change its culture.

Many people believe that adopting a competitive attitude is the only way to get ahead. But I don’t believe that God intended for us to work like that.

I think we are meant to work together, using our strengths and talents to support each other.

Nature offers countless examples of the benefits of cooperation. Fish are less likely to be eaten by prey when they swim together. The roots of large trees provide nutrients to smaller trees so that the protective canopy overhead will be even.

Almost every species of animal and plant system works with others to strengthen their chances of survival.

It’s this attitude of cooperation, rather than competition, that has allowed our members to thrive.

This is the core philosophy behind The Designers Collaborative. We embrace cooperation because we believe we are stronger together.

Collaborative members share their trade accounts with one another, which enables account holders to maintain the substantial annual order requirements set by vendors. But that’s not the only way we collaborate.

We trade knowledge, information, and ideas with each other through our private Facebook group. And during our monthly Master Mind meetings (via Zoom), members share their expertise on topics as varied as pricing, pipelines, and furniture construction.

It’s this attitude of cooperation, rather than competition, that has allowed our members to thrive.

I’m proud of what we have built at The Designers Collaborative.

It’s so much more than access to products at the best price. It’s an oasis of support in what can, at times, feel like a very cut-throat industry. A genuine tribe, whose members care for and encourage one another.

Sound too good to be true? Join the Collaborative today and see for yourself!
